If you want it custom-made, but reasonably priced, you might try your local university's theatrical costume department -- or a design school, where students might need practice and photos for their portfolio. But be respectful of their time and schedule -- they tend to be busy!

try your local good will store and get a bridesmaid or wedding dress and cut it up and make it all dirty and use some red paint!!!! cheap and easy!
