You need the formula for converting F to C to do this.
I'm assuming if you have this as a homework problem, that you must also have the formula, but here it is for the benefit of you and anyone else who's interested:
C = (5/9)*(F-32)
So to convert 58-deg. F to Celsius, plug in 58 for F in the formula, then solve for C:
C = (5/9)*(58-32)
= 5/9 * 26
= 130/9
= 14.44 deg. C
