yep absolutely right, assuming that the -3 is being multiplied, rather than added, to the -5x8x. just remember, ignore the negatives at first and multiply the numbers, and then look at the negatives from the original to see what sign the result should get. if there's an odd number of negatives being mulitplied together, then the result is a negative, but if theres an even number, it's positive.
