3 x 3 = 3 to the 2nd power.
3 x 3 x 3 = 3 to the 3rd power.
3 x 3 x 3 x 3 = 3 to the 4th power.
Etc.

3 to the 10th power = 5.1537752073201133103646112976562 x 10 to the 47th power.

I used the calculator built into Windows.

you just multiply 3 times 3 times 3 100 times. or if you have a scientific calculator, you type 3, carrot key, 100.

It's

515,377,520,732,011,324,518,553,658,426,720,575,940,379,279,384

Are you expected to be able to compute this for a class? I used Matlab to compute it, but that gives me a number in scientific notation, with only 15 digits shown. So I kept subtracting off digits so I could list all of them.
