Where can I find the jazzy ringtone of the I Love Lucy Theme for my cell phone?

This was on a previous phone I had through Verizon and when the phone was damaged and I was given a new one I could not retrieve the ringtone which I downloaded from one of the ringtone sites and I have had no luck trying to locate it and Verizon was no help.
