Of course it is. Almost everything is "just a state of mind". Since the brain controls everything. But that does not make love any less real than it is. When your brain isn't working to help regulate and distribute feelings, pain, emotion, otherwise, aren't you then considered a vegetable. So YES...its a beautiful state of mind, if only everyone were lucky enough to experience it the right way.
