I'm sure you may have heard of the infamous "Three Men and a Baby" ghost, if not, you should google it. Basically there's a rumor that someone died while on set and their ghost can be seen in the window in one of the scenes but other people insist it is NOT a ghost but a reflection of a cardboard cutout of one of the actors that was accidentally left in the scene.
Another BIG continuity error is in The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy's pigtail length changes up and down throughout the film. It's funny, and incidentally there's a rumour that one of the elves commited suicide during filming and you can see his body hanging from the trees as they walk down the yellow brick road( I've never been able to see it though)

Yesterday I saw Forrest Gump, and when he gets to Jennys house, first the iron was stand, and in a second later was down! I am also a big errors catcher!

It's a lack of "continuity". I have a cousin that's an actress. Her dad films movies/documentaries..
