Well...the first thing would be to determine what the issue is. Is it that she just doesn't like the taste? In that case...there are products out there like 'Great Head' by Pure Romance that are flavored heighteners for men...that also help women with the gag reflex if you're well endowed and she can't handle that.
If you've told her that you want her to change her sucking style...be sure to tell her when she's doing what you want.

If she enjoys doing it, then watch a porno together, you can learn a lot from them and you can both get off on it.
Also, just before she starts to deep throat, swallow some air. Then she can really make it go deep. It is hard at first because you have to get use to it.
