If you have an hour to spare I could write down the reasons why they should be prosecuted.

I already have the reasons and they most likely match yours.
Maybe we should also include Donald Rumsfeld.
But for now, you are absolutely right on track.
Bush and Cheney
Hand in Hand

Yes! With the imbalance, right now of congress, that is... Do you think for one moment a majority of Republicans would even consider such a thing?
I agree with you. I don't feel like taking an hour, however -
And, I dare not write too much more, here. The people in charge have a way of putting all this together, and either deleting our comments, or sending them onto the "big brother" groupies in Washington, D.C.
Note: another reason for prosecuting - don't you think?

I don't know if it will be easier. However, it will be cheaper for America. If they are prosecuted while in Office, America will have to pay for their defense (remember all the money wasted on prosecuting Bill Clinton?)
So if they are to be tried for something wait until they are out of office. That way you are prosecuting Bush or Cheney and not the President and Vice President.

Why wait? Did they wait to prosecute Clinton for an extra-marital affair with a legal age intern of the opposite sex?

Or maybe the next President will be Republican again and he can just Pardon Bush And Cheney like Bush#1 pardoned the ones behind Iran-Contra scandal from the Reagan years.

Regardless of the atrocities against American Liberty committed by the Bush Administration, I can guarantee that they will not be prosecuted, due to the situations such as 9/11, Katrina, etc...

"They were doing the best they could", they will say.

No Woody he wasn't impeached for having sex with Monica. He was impeached for lying under oath. Only an hour? wow you libs are slippin. And for everyone of your reasons I could counter with the truth. lol Don't you think if they have done anything against the law they would have been hung by now? Sorry but it's not a crime to help grow a great economy or have unemployment at it'
s lowest in years. Nor is it a crime to be tough on terrorists. I know you people wring your hands and are ashamed of us being the lone super power and you don't want to help spread individual freedom but sorry they are neither a crime.

You might not like them nor the way they do things but that doesn't me that they have done anything for which they can legally be prosecuted. Defending the nation is not an impeachable offense BTW.

Nope. It will be just as difficult. Right now I am trying to have my neighbor prosecuted but the police won't do it just because my neighbor didn't break any laws. It's crazy.

Woody - Clinton was not prosecuted for having an affair. He was impeached for lying about it while under oath.

They will NEVER be prosecuted, because they are members of THIS secret and evil group that's been in control of everything for far too long!...
