Dave Ramsey is awesome! Check out his website.
But really, budgeting is simple. Just write out your fixed expenses, the ones that you know you're going to pay about the same amount for every time. Then divide the money you have left into "Savings", "Entertainment", "Clothing" and the such. You can be as basic or elaborate as you wish.

you are your best advisor
set priority straight between needs and wants
needs: rent/mortgage,food,utility,insurance
want: fansy cars, fansy cloths, latte every day, eat out everyday, big cable bill, fansy stuffs that you don't need
put aside emergency cash 1000-2000 so you do not use credit card
Start your saving for retirement and learn how to invest the right way
I did it the hard way at early 20's, but at the age of 33, my 401k+Roth IRA combined 75000, with additional cash of 30000 in the bank. I do not feel living paycheck to payheck no more.
