DEEP BREATH- please spin four (4) complete turns to the right, then try again.

Can you please let us know when you get it open? I'm all worried about you, that you have stuff in there. Call company you bought from?

I assume it is a new safe with three Numbers.
Turn the dial to the right several times to align the dials and have it stop on the first number of you combination.
Now turn to the left until it passes the first number and have it land on the second number.
Now turn to the right and directly have it land on the third number. It should open.
Remember that the last two numbers should be directly ( not passing the number before it.) Every number should be in the opposite direction from the preceding.

Some safes use Zero as a starting point and have to be used like the first number making a three number combo actually four and have to be adjusted accordingly.
Some safes use Zero as a last number
Try start by turning in the opposite direction.
Hope some of this helps

listen for the clicks, if it is a used safe chances are the combination was lost and they made one up to help sell it
I have had that happen.
you may call the company if you have the seriel number they can get it
if that does not work most locksmithes charge around $50 to get you the combination.
either way it can be opened

as said B4 turn the dial 2-3 spins completely past zero....then stop at zero..... now look at your combination and turn whichever way itsays past zero the number of times it tells you. and then stop at your number..............then turn it the opposite way the number of times it says...past your 1st number..and then stop onyour second number. ........then repeat step 2 again stopping at your 3rd number..... and it should open... if you have 4numbers just add onemore step
