I want to do online program MS in computer science with reasional
fees.private university offers very high fees. I am from canada so
I will be out of state student for US university and I want to do in US as there is no canadian univeristy offer such program

Check out Dakota State University -- one of the best programs and total cost runs about $7000 for the 30 unit program... I'm accepted but haven't started yet.
