No, that's just a stupid myth. Believe me, I know EVERYTHING about Disney. And the person who gave the link to the article on Snopes gave the best answer. He was cremated and hive grave is in California. He's not frozen. At that point in time, Walt Disney didn't even know chryogenic freezing existed.

Yes. they're waiting until they can put his brain into an animatronic replica of himself so he can take his rightful place as the head of Disney. They're saving George Burns & Johnny Carson, too! LOL!!!
