if headbands are in, how should you wear them, like, i mean what syle, like a head wrap or scarf, etc..

You can layer those button down shirts over a camisole or tank top. That would look cute with low rise jeans and black boots or penny loafers with chunky heels. If you can pull off skinny jeans, it would look cute with those too. Most people, howevver, look really bad in skinny jeans, so beware.
As for headbands, I wouldn't go all J-lo with them. I would go for thin, black or brown bands or if you must wear an actual wild print head scarf, fold it into a band about 1.5 inches wide and use it as a headband that way.

With headbands, part your hair to the side and pull the rest back into a low ponytail; I think that looks best. What you can wear with the shirt is... basically anything from jeans to skirts to slacks and whatnot. It's also fun to layer camis underneath the shirts too to give it a slightly different look. I dunno if it's in right now but I think ties are also cool though it all depends on you. (I'm a girl mind you, not a guy). I like ties! :D
Basically anthing goes with headbands and buttoned shirts in my opinion. It just depends on color and what message you're trying to send

OMG headbands and headwraps are sooooooooooo in right now! Go to Claire's or something and buy a plastic one. The thicker ones are cool, like the black ones covered in colored fishnets. They are all soooooooo cool, and I'm sure that whatever you wear, you'll look great.

I have a black and white collared shirt from AE that I wear with a pink highwaisted belts and skinny jeans tucked into black boots.
Sometimes I wear it tied up under my boobs with a camisoule underneath.

yes hwat you wear is this.. a red headband with your hair tied back and side bangs.. with a button down white shirt and a red thick belt around your HIGH Waist ... then wear black capri dress pants and some cute pumps!!!! i see it everywhere its soooo cute!
