Hitler wanted to create an Aryan race that would begin the Thousand-Year (Third) Reich of Germany...a very long presidency and form of government.
The Aryan race was supposed to have supreme children only: blonde-haired, tall, athletic, intelligent, etc. If you were not born this way, or did not show improvement within years of your birth (according to Hitler), you should be killed.
Most Jews had dark hair...you can see that Hitler didn't consider them Aryan. Among Jews killed or tormented were: homosexuals, gypsies, intellectuals, radicals, and people that resisted Hitler...you can also see why Hitler didn't believe them to be 'Aryan'.
Fortunately, the Allies won the war, so that Austrian (Hitler's heritage) and German customs are not the world's customs today.
Interestingly enough, Hitler himself was small, dark, walked with a limp, and had Jewish descension in his blood.

He could not afford to feed the numbers of people in the countires he invaded. He gave them an option to leave. A lot of wealthy jews took up this option others who were stuborn and some poor could not or did not leave.
Hitler asked other countries if they could take in the jews and was met with a wall of silence.
This eventually led to the secret camps to eliminate innocent people. A lot of medical experiment were carried out and although the method of obtaining the information was bad the medical world benefited greatly from the results.

I think he was living in poverty while the Jews (that were not really his country's real citizens) had control over the businesses & economy... I guess that's what started Hitler's hatred

survival of the fittest. since the evolutionary theories of darwin, people started wondering who was the superior race of mankind. hitler's attempts with the holocaust was to eliminate the inferior races and make the arian race a type of 'super' race of people.

He told the Germans they didn't need a leader and could lead themselves, then they liked him so he took over. I guess the main reason was because he wanted to kill off Jews.

He had a bad childhood and lived in a village with many jews. He blamed his horrible life on the jews, and developed hatred towards them. Also, he wanted to feel powerful and in control.
