I have referred pain sometimes, usually in my toes.

What is Referred Pain: It is Pain that feels like it is someplace when it really stems from a pinched nerve in a different location. You should take a hot shower and let the hop water run over your back between your shoulder blades. You may have a pinched nerve in your Thoracic Spine that is causing the pain. A Chiropractor is your best bet for checking you out.
