On youtube. Do a search for "Forever Charmed." It's not the highest video quality, and its not the same thing as watching it on TV, but its there and its available to anyone, anytime.
They just showed it on TNT and they'll probably show it again eventually, but I don't have an exact date.
The DVD's are coming out in December, I think. But don't quote me on that. Unless you have a friend that videotaped it, youtube is your best bet for now.

If you get cable tv, you can watch Charmed on TNT. That is Channel 43 on Basic although the channel number may be different wherever you live. The new CW is no longer showing Charmed. They are showing a different show. In fact if I'm not mistaken they are showing America's Next Top Model with Tyra Banks.

OMG you haven't seen the finale. ok if you get the CW Station or the WB station you can watch Charmed on that station they do reruns of the last season on Sunday Nights at 8 pm. Hope this helps!
