i have bacne all over my shoulders and the top of my back how do i get rid of it? help please?!

I used to have that problem really bad. I've been using Neutrogena Clean and Clear Body Wash for a few years. It's medicated soap that you can use in the shower...you can use it all over, but it really works well on your back and shoulders.
There's this thing called Nature's Cure. They have a spray that you can spray on your back...which is really nice, because it's harder to wash your back like you do your face. Just spray on once or twice a day...that worked well for me too.

Try a body scrub with salicylic acid, use 3 times a week, or every other day. One to try: All Clear Body Wash from BeautiControl. You can find it at www.beautipage.com/
