I guess that you could try and ask your boss. Instead of asking your boss, why not just give this other person some of your pay after you get paid, get it posted to their house or arrange some way of getting it to them without them knowing it's from you. What a lovely thing for your to want to do. good for your, wish there were more people like you in the world. God Bless :)

You can always ask, but depending on the company it may be viewed badly.
If it is a retail it could look bad because you aren't conscentrating on making the company more money.
If could also be viewed as a conflict of interest in another job.

you'll probably get layed of cause he'll think u don't need the money u are getting so why are u working there.
