i was in a wreck on may 5th.... it's been almost 5 mths.......
they have still not settled.. it was the other persons
fault.... but the doctors bill took long to...had to go to the doctor
a-lot..... it knocked me 109feet......

will if the accident happend in 99 if sure that the court granted the judement. it must be a good about since insurance company appealed it. if they just appealed it it can take anywhere from two months or years. depanding on the case, you should have your attorney really keep a eye on it.

Normally if it goes 2 court within a month my lawyer told me

it can take up to 10 years, all depends on the circumstances of yor case.
