I am currently a bit under stress and I am having difficulty breathing again. I have unsuccessfully tried VERY hard over the years to control this problem to no avail. My doctor sees no problem with my lungs. I am frustrated and scared with this matter. Thanks.

ya, I think maybe you hyperventilate. I used to do that sometimes
without even knowing it. Stress can do that. Amongst other crap.
I agree ,...that you should try relaxation techniques and perhaps
clonapin, or xanax to help you keep calm. It is a mental thing....
and maybe not a physical one. See if that will help. But you'll most likely have to go to a psychiatrist to get meds and advise.
ALSO.....see if you might have asthma. I had a feeling I had it
years ago, and now I need an inhaler to breathe easier.

Lay off the caffine and take deep breaths for relaxation, try meditating. Sounds like you suffer from anxiety. Learn to relax or this could lead to a bunch of other health problems. Breathe deep.

Ok. Have u tried relaxation tips, such as deep breathing?? closing your eyes while counting to ten? Maybe the doc can prescribe xanax. which is for anxiety.
