I had my tubes tied 5 years ago. What are the chances of getting them reversed and getting pregnant normal?

I'm only 25 but my husband and I want to have one more child. We want to make sure it is safe first , the risks there are and that we can get pregnant on our own- without fertility methods.

Its $5000.00 for a reversal. There are always risks involved with surgery, but its the only way. I wouldnt hold my breath for a miracle if you dont have it done.
