A - excellent
B - above average
C - average
D - below average
F - failing
Yeah, there is a "correct" answer and it is yes. A "C" is passing. It says the person being graded shows an average understanding of the subject matter (no matter what the subject is).

A "C" is merely average. Depending on what math class you are in would determine if this is an acceptable grade, also whether you are trying your hardest or not. To some, math just doenst come too well.

Yes, that's a pass. As long as you get above an F, then you passed. In college and in later years in high school (senior) Cs are average.

Hi. A 'C' indicates an average understanding of the subject matter. It is passing, but you can do better. Right?

I wouldn't be happy with a C in any class, but it's still a passing grade.

Anything that is a D or above is passing. F (which means Failing) is the only letter grade that you should worry about.

Barely. But if you want to go on to any sort of higher education, you're going to have to do better at math. It's a requirement in almost every course you can take.
