Wouldn't this be a sad, sad world if we were all just clones of each other?
I always taught my daughters not to follow the pack. That it was much better being unique and different, than one of many.
There are so many CATTLE out there in this world. I choose not to be one of them.

If someone makes fun of another it's because they are unhappy about something in their own life. so in order to feel better they degrade others to make them feel less then themselves. To make fun of someone different means they just don't understand the other person. People tend to imagine others to be as they are or think as they do. If the other person thinks outside the lines of what that person thinks then he is considered an outcast or a misfit.

It was just a defense mechanism for insecurities. they are insecured because those people who are different are living their lives freely based on their own will without being intimidated by other people's opinion, which those people who ridicule them have never ever tried doing so

to feel better about them self's most people have some kind of insecurities.Some people just have more and those are the people that make fun of others to feel better.

Fear of the unknown. Ridiculing or being mean to someone different makes them feel better about themselves and proves to themselves their superiority over that which they don't understand.

those who make fun of ppl are insecure in their own bodies - as for those who fear others - it's because they are not accustomed to change
