I know that Christianity believes in Christ, as in Jesus Christ

Hinduism believes in multiple gods.
Buddhism technically doesn't have a god although Hinduism strongly influences it.
Judaism believes in "God" but not Jesus.
Christianity believes in "God" and Jesus as his son.
Islam believes in "God" but calls god "Allah" and does not accept Jesus as his son. They place Mohammad above Jesus.

they believe in different things

Buddhism believes in Buddha
Christians believe in Jesus/God
and that's all i know
