Of course they wouldn't. Listen to all of the excuses you will get. They will state he hasn't done anything, but with Abramoff, Lay, Guantanamo Bay, illegal wiretappings, and trying people illegally, he should have lost his job (even though he doesn't know what his job entails) a while ago...
By the way MICHAEL G, he was not impeached. He was tried for impeachment. He was censured, or DID YOU FORGET??

Clinton is not a self serving madman, like Bush,, if Democrats had spent 50 million dollars of the taxpayers money like Republicans did to impeach Clinton,,, we could, but we will probably just wait until November 7Th.to start the proceedings in the new House,, this House is corrupt, but to save their own butts,, they might throw Bush under the bus

Clinton would have been thrown out on his ear. Daddy Bush keeps the wolves at bay, and sonny boy does whatEVER he wants to. That is WHY George has not been censored.
Michael, I think the question refers to important things like a war, and not finding Osama, etc, not what he was doing with his zipper.
