If you are physically fit, flirty, and healthy, anything can be made to look 'the sexiest', because, realistically, this will vary guy to guy and girl to girl.... Each guy has his own preferences and each girl will look sexiest in something different, perhaps some it will be a thong, for some basketball shorts, and perhaps some it will be an elf suit.

as a guy i would sy a catholic school girl. it is something about the pleated skirt and leggings or stockings i am not sure what they are called but this is very sexy. My conversations I have had with other guys generaly agree. The tight catwoman siute would also be a good choice for a sexy costume as long as you have the body for it though I guess that aplies to both of the costumes. remember if you have fat rolls keep them cover unless you want to go as a scary kind of person. very few guys think that fat rolls are attractive regardless of how much you can not do about it, It just happens to be the crappy truth. When we say fat rolls we mean fat rolls not a little meat on your bones that is a good thing.

I am not a guy but I can tell you the one that got me the most attention: a sleek cat girl kind of outfit that was all shiny. I never expected the number of guys who hit on me when I was wearing that last year.

Depends on her figure and looks...if she's thin an hot...a shorts black skirt with a tail and ears would work. If she's fat and ugly...a sheet over her head should be the costume.
