This is easy. New York City (all five boroughs), but especially Manhattan. It, truly, never sleeps. In one square block you can: (1) have a seven course sit down meal (2) have a McDonald's (3) buy a multi-thousand dollar Dresden figurine (4) see a first run movie (5) have a suit made (6) buy a television (7) see a XXX movie (8) well, the list is sorta endless. AND, all this at 3:00 in the morning-any day of the week.

My favorite place...hmmm. has to be inside JK Rowling's or Douglas Adams' minds. The Harry Potter and Hitchhiker's Guide books are amazing. Just what were these two authors thinking when they wrote these series? I would love to find out! Of course, part of the answer to my own questions would be inside the books they've already written.

Out in the country where it is real peaceful. No hustle / bustle.

I still like town too.

Trade days / flea markets looking at things of the past.
