i have been getting the hiccups for about a week now..just wondering if this normal during pregnancy..im 17 weeks..

Yes having the hiccups while being pregnant is normal. When I was pregnant with my 10 month old daughter I had the hiccups all the time every day.Also it is normal for the baby to have the hiccups while you are pregnant cause my daughter had them every day also.I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and get the hiccups at least 2 or 3 days a week.

I have 4 children I never got the hiccups as a side effect, but every pregnancy is different I wouldn't worry about it
