It's almost impossible. If you have writer friends, ask them to refer you to their agent. An agent will not read your script, a "reader," will look it over, if it is compelling, it may be passed on to an agent. Usually, it goes in the trash can, unless you enclose a large brown envelope (with postage) so it can be returned to you. You can buy the Writer's Market book, it lists agents.
