No I don't believe so. Chip and Dale are Disney, they weren't on Looney tunes. I don't think Looney Tunes had any chipmunks.

They arent chipmunks they are gophers. Their names are Mac and Tosh and they were the Goofy Gophers and were inteneded to be a spoof of Disney's chipmunk characters, Chip 'n Dale. Others, however, point out that this seems unlikely given the two pairs of characters are so different in characterization. The only real similarities are the fact that the characters are rodents, are paired up and have puns for names.

In 1947 Robert "Bob" Clampett created The Goofy Gophers, Mac and Tosh, (a play on the word McIntosh) they were called gophers but behaved more like chipmunks. Clampett also created Tweety and Beaky Buzzard and helped in the formation of a character called Happy Rabbit into who we now call Bugs Bunny.
Warner Brothers had a cartoon pair of gophers before but were not the same as Mac & Tosh. Disney's characters Chip and Dale were actually based on chipmunks but the difference is Chip & Dale have different personalities and the Goofy Gophers are the same also Chip & Dale didn't even have names until almost a year after Mac and Tosh made their first appearance then again the Goofy Gophers didn't have names until years later.
The gopher's mannerisms and speech, patterned after Frederick Burr Opper's comics characters Alphonse & Gaston, which in the early 1900s engendered a "good honest laugh". The crux of each 4-frame strip was the ridiculousness of the characters' over-politeness preventing their ability to get on with the task at hand. Mac and Tosh's dialogue is peppered with such over politenesses as "Indubitably!", "You first, my dear," and "But, no, no, no. It must be you who goes first!" Clampett later stated that the gophers' effeminate mannerisms were derived from character actors Franklin Pangborn and Edward Everett Horton.
One oddity about the gophers is Mel Blanc voiced only one as he normally voiced almost all WB's characters. Stan Freberg voiced Tosh and Mel did Mac.
They were in only 9 WB cartoons. They made a brief apperance in Space Jam and in two other WB shows The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries and Duck Dodgers. Their first adversary was Bugs Bunny and their regular victim was a dog with no name but later on they took on Elmer Fudd and Daffy Duck.

Yes! I can't remember their names but they were very polite to each other. They would say things like, one would say "After you" and the other would say, "No, after you" They lived in a tree that had furniture inside. I wish I knew their names. They didn't talk realy fast and high like Disney's Chip-n-Dale, I remember that much. Sheesh! Now I'm going to be up all night trying to remember their names LOL
Added after searching for their names!
(told you that it was going to kill me!) I found this piece:
The Looney Tunes Golden Collection is a four disc set of 56 Looney Tunes shorts.
The other discs run the gamut of Looney Tunes characters. Speedy Gonzalez, Marvin the Martian, Foghorn Leghorn, those beloved chattery chipmunks, and more all have at least one short, while Daffy and Porky have a few more each.
Found this at http://www.epinions.com/content_125221113476
So it seems as if they didnt have names. But they did exsist. I knew I wasnt going crazy. LOL
