At different times. Black men could vote before women could. For women it is 1929 for black men it is during the reconstruction after the civil war. Unfortunately due to a low level genocide and hate movement they really didn't get to vote upon fear of death. This ended with the voting rights act of 1965.

Black folks ..some time in 1960's part of the population
some have been voting long before... and woman 1920's

After the Quakers fought for our rights. Many of them imprisoned. Some of them hung.

The late 1800's.
