In the first stages of pregnancy did you have a lot of gas and gurgling in your stomach? Were you sore in the pelvic area?

I am 12 weeks, and yes, I have had some stomach upset issues. It is common because the pregnancy hormones as a side effect slow down your digestion process, causing both constipation and gas. I'd think the pelvic pain is from your uterus growing. If it doesn't get better, see a doc just to check. Congrats!

Depending on how far along you are, you may be achy in your pelvic area because your hips spread. You may have gas the whole time! My pelvic area never hurt.I would say you should discuss your symptoms with your doc.
