What is that black and white movie with a violent scene of a man being destroyed by cyborg tubes?

It's a really disturbing scene from a movie I saw, and I don't remember what it was! I want to know, though.

There are these mechanical tubes and robotic components that are ripping this guy apart, and turning him into a cyborg... There might have been some stop-motion involved, but I don't think so. And I also don't think it was very old, just in black and white.

any ideas?

The only one i can think of is called " Cyborg 2087"
Made in the year 1966. Not sure if its in black and white. It kinda looks half coloured though.
