yes as they are both federal programs call social security and medicare to be sure tho. You may have to choose a different part=d coverag though.

Yes, it is since its a federal program. If they don't (which I highly doubt) there is a due process law in the Constitution that regulates that. I'm sure that an attorney would love to go against state on that issue!

ss is transferable anywhere including over seas, however medicare is federally funded but adminstrated by each state so you'll have to re apply, your still covered just paper work
