My baby guppies are 1 month old. And I realized that their tail are like a needle or a pin. My adult guppies do not have this problem. Anyone has this problem before? And anyone know why?

They are still fry (aka babies). The reason you adult guppies do not have this "problem" is they are adults, therefore fully developed. The fry are still a month away from the time when their tail fin will turn and develop to look like that of your adults.
