Use the plaster stuff. Get one of those mitre blocks with the saw built in,( they are only about 15 quid now).
Use ready mixed cove adheshive in a tub.
Try and use a piece long enough to do a full wall with out a joint.
If you have to make a joint cut back the surface of both pieces to makea 'v' and fill the gap with cove adhesive so you cant see the join.
When you have your piece ready to go up put plenty of adhesive on you coving and with the help of an assistant push into place. Tack in a couple of nails under the cove untill it dries.
You will find that if the wall is not flat you will get a gap. Dont worry you can fill this with adhesive of decorators filler.
The hardest bit is your corner joints so try to be accurate and take your time. If you are slightly out with your cut you can bodge it slightly with adhesive.
Wipe excess adhesive of with a damp cloth before it dries.
Good luck.
Ps when I say the plaster type, I mean the the sort that is like plaster board. It Is covered with paper, not the plaster like a fire surround.
You should get from B and Q or Wicks in packs of 5.

depends what sort you get if you get preshaped plaster board type then you need to use the adhesive that is for that type. if you use proper plaster moulding the best sort of adhesive is casting plaster but you would have to work quick as is sets rapid you will also need to scratch the ceiling and wall where the moulding is going to go to give it a key for the adhesive to bond to also you may need to paint the wall and ceiling with pva if the plaster is not painted. it is also handy to have a few nails and hammer handy and some one to give you a hand . hope this is of some help

Sounds like the ranting of a fluffy bunny, but I don't know if it is you or her! That is certainly not a spell, and in order for a spell to work YOU have to believe it will! My suggestion is to get a life and not be bothered with this nonsense! This is advice from A REAL WITCH!! BB )O(

Buy plaster moulding (not Plastic foam) Buy the mitre box Buy their adhesive. and follow the instructions carefully.
I put up moulding in my bathroom and it worked out very professional. Make sure you buy enough and a bit more, in fact ask if they will take back unused lengths.
