my sister is in canada would like to apply to open a business in uk, thus she will be able to take care of all of us, there are 3 of us. she is canadian. how can she do that and is that possible for canadian to own a business in uk? is any benefits she can get as holding canadian passport? tks lots

There's no problem with a Canadian national owning a business in the UK. She can use various vehicles for the business.

I don't think there are likely to be any significant advantages to her holding a Canadian passport, though.

I can't see why not, wherever in the UK she decides to open a business, she should contact the local government offices or local council offices for the area concerned, they should be able to give her details of requirements etc. Wish her good luck.

most of the uk privatly owned land is owned by foreign nationals, our finest shop, harrods, by a f u c k i n arab...who's son Fu*cked the royal family, literally...so why not? who gives a sht any more?
