Depends on your age and your will to do so I'd assume. Check your local gymnastics facility on what age groups they offer. You'd be surprised on the range they will take.
If a class is not offered in your age try dance. Ballet offers much of the same discipline and strength as gymnastics. For more up-beat dance, try jazz, many times gymnastics tricks are incorporated with jazz. Good Luck on your search. Both gymnastics and dance are fun (I've done both!)

You can never be too old. If you like gymnastics - stick to it! To be 17 and be in a class of 5 year olds is weird, but to be with other people your age isn't!

I wouldn't say your ever really too old. I think that really the earlier you start the better. I mean I'd prolbably say don't go to college and expect to make the gymnastics team if you have never done gymnastics in your life. Um 18 if you want to go to my place I think. You could probably get a job coaching somehere though...?

your never really to old but i would suggest not getting in a kiddys clase cause you would feel really wierd and pluse if your bones are really old i recamend another sport
