I do not know how to send an e-mail from my computer. I had aol and it was easy but I see nothing on my tool bar to allow me to do that.

If you have Outlook Express installed on your computer then you can use that. Beware though it MUST be setup to use a email server. It's possible your ISP has done it automatically when you signed up but very few do this. If they haven't have a look at their tech support pages.
Otherwise, as the first reply stated, sign up for a yahoo email account. Infact you obviously have a yahoo account already (as you posted this question) so just sign in at: http://mail.yahoo.com

it depends on what service you have..if you are emailing someone from yahoothe mail icon should be on your tool bar..with aol the same thing...or ask you service provider they usually have live help good luck

You can setup email acct with Yahoo or another provider.
