Antartica, obviously, and then Australia. And Russia.... Russia is not a continent. It's called a country. Continents are geographical areas of lands; countries are political. Australia happens to be both.

Antarctica because aside from some penguins and scientists, no one lives there.
Then the next is probably Australia, which isn't all too poplated but gets a little crowded at the coast, or possibly Africa, kind of constant in population distribution.
