Not necessary as it is a complete waste of money. I'm not anti-creatine...just anti-stuff that doesn't work. If you want to take anything, the only thing you should be taking are supplements (natural) and possibly protein (natural 100% whey protein). Vitamins and supplements are always good and the protein may be useful if you aren't getting enough in your diet already. Creatine and anything else that is sold is mainly non-essential junk sold to take your money. They won't make you a better athlete and/or basketball player. It may affect the way you look, but that doesn't make you a better player!

get CE2 and NO2, they come together or seperate. you dont have to drink as much water. you dont get blouted like when you take Creatine. the cost is about 80 bucks a bottle.

you still need cardio. CE2 gives you energy, NO2 makes your Oygen in muscles expand.

of course it wont help with skills, but the added strength you get will help with rebounds, hustling to the ball, jumping higher. that other guy, didnt know what he is talking about.... you will get stronger....

You want protein instead.. creatine is garbage. Either Whey or Soy - I use whey because the body absorbes faster. You need some mass to get the body that you want. If you're only 100 lbs and 5'11 tall, lifting will not help you at all.
