A mix of both. There's not much room in airline restrooms, so 2 large folks wouldn't fit. If you were on a private or chartered jet privacy wouldn't be as much of a problem or issue. If the stewardesses are involved, they could more easily arrange privacy.

I don't believe people really get up in front of all the other passengers to go & bend over in the smallest toilet in the world which smells of p*ss just for a quick one.

well if u had a private jet and u were in love or lust and alone on this jet, what would u do . that's why it is called the mile high club.

Oh yes, they do it, although it's harder to join now because of the super secret sky marshalls on board; but in the 70's and 80's. especially, it was fun to become a "member" of the club!
