how do dry shavers work?

i mean how do you use them- i got one and no instructions came with it and i dont know how it works? please help- ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE

they use tiny moving blades. The basic ones have blades that move from side to side and expensive ones have blade that move in a circular motion
