1. 13 hardly means you're a teenager and it definitely doesn't mean you suddenly have the freedom to do and say as you wish.
2. No chatroom is without monitors and those "mean" bans on curse words anymore. Because of all the pedophilia so rampant online, it's almost required rooms are monitored and come with rules.
3. Are you so ignorant you can't think of something more creative to say than what Mommy and Daddy would shake their heads at?
