Just find a guy to be a pimp and then you can be a hoe... I'm serious its fun to dress like a hooker and have it be okay. lol
No really though... buy some baby phat stuff or just go as a guy gangster. Gangsters need a grill and some bling bling, lol.

I thought you meant 20s gangster. Get a mens pinstripe suit or to be sexy put a mini skirt with it. You need a hat, tie and a splash of color I recommend red or green.

theres TWO of many options i would go with...
1. Tight jeans and a cute tight top... Scrunched hair big hoop earings... and work boots... or fly kicks...
or
2. you could go all baggy... but cute and girly.. I.E. like baggy sweats and a cute baggy but not to baggy T... with your hair in like low pig tails... with a bandana... and same for the kicks
