Just do a lot of walking. Don't worry, when your baby is ready he/she will make their grand entrance to the world! Good luck and congratulations and I wish you a blessed delivery.

Walk.. 100-200 steps then a deep knee bend with support for stability and repeat.... Get some rest and don't over do it you have a lot of work ahead of you and getting some rest will make it easier...
Make sure you have everything packed and ready to go to the hospital... Be sure to pack sanitary pads....
Call your mom, mother-in-law, etc. and let them know they will be both excited for you and can help ease your nerves as they will give you moral support...
I found that cooking a few meals that froze well helped me relax and take my mind off things while still moving around... Lasanga, Spaghetti (just the sauce) and casseroles are easy to make and fast should things start progressing quickly... Be sure to call a friend who can come finish them or come assist should you need to leave in a rush... By freezing them in single serving portions while you are full of nervous energy anyway you can save alot of work later when you are exhausted... It also places you on a tile floor most kitchens are tile.. so if your water breaks in a gush it's easier to clean up..
You may still have days to wait or it could be anytime just prepare what you can and rest when you are able... Congratulations

Have somebody force you to the wellbeing midsection once you may now no longer take the discomfort or while your contractions are much less the 5 minutes aside. I strongly reccomend the epidural.... And if it is your first, hard artwork will in all risk final between 10 and 15 hours so based how long its been because of the fact it started you may pass from there... yet each lady is diverse and you have to be in hard artwork critically much less or extra time than that. And dont be frightened my daughter develop into born 5 weeks early and develop into thoroughly fantastic, we didnt even stay contained in the wellbeing midsection for extra effective than everyday.... good success and Congrats!

Monitor yourself!
I was 3cm dialated for more than a month before my son arrived two weeks late. I lost my plug that morning and the hospital told me I wasn't in labor on the phone, twenty minetes later my contractions were 5 minetes apart.

the best thing to do is walk. But I recommend taking a nap. This will help time seam like it goes by, and you will need the rest. I am excited for you. But other ways are to stay on your feet. Try house work, and walking. But I suggest trying to keep your mind off it. The less you actually think about it, the faster it will come. Congrats.

you need to pay attention to your contractions. When they get anywhere between 4-6 minutes and depending on the intensity. You should go in.
Your plug can fall out at anytime, and usually within 36 hours you will be in full labor!
if your water breaks or starts to leak, go in!

Just sit tight. You can't speed up labor - the baby comes when it is ready! As soon as your water bag leaks, get to the hospital. Until then, just relax. Congratulations!

Wait a few more hours, keep checking the time frame on the contractions, pain and any further discomforts, and of course I do hope that someone is with you. Good luck Momma

The only thing I can suggest is a lot of walking.
Or have an orgasm, but without penetration, since the plug has gone.

DO NOT TAKE CASTOR OIL!!! It can be dangerous for your baby. It can cause the baby to have it's first bowel movement inside the womb and can be very dangerous. I would just say to relax and just wait it out. Once you have the baby you won't get any time to relax so just relax and take a nap or something. But please do not do the castor oil.
