I'm 29 weeks preggo, and was wondering if anyone else is around there, and what are you doing to get ready for baby. I think I'm procrastinating on getting the babys stuff ready and just wonder where I should be at.... when should the bed be ready when do i put the car seat in the car just curious

I would say now would be a good time. I'm planning on putting the carseat in the car around 26 weeks or so... JUST IN CASE... you never know. Better to have it there early, than not have it there when you need it. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant right now, and going strong. CONGRATS! Belly rubs and baby dust!!!

At that stage, I would probably get the bed ready around like 36-38 weeks, its not a big deal and if you go into labor early you will probably not have the baby in the crib right after birth anyways, and the carseat, put it together but you sont have to put it in the car, just keep in the closet until you are ready to go to the hospital.

I'm about 29 weeks too... We're having a shower in 2 weeks - timing is early because of the holidays. We already have a carseat, but it's not installed yet. We're still working on clearing out the room, but I'm not too worried because I figure that she'll be sleeping in our bedroom in a basinette for the first few weeks. We should have everything ready probably in about a month. I don't want to wait too long, but I don't want to go out and stress myself over having things ready for a guest that doesn't really care.
My feeling is that as long as she has diapers, food and a place to sleep, everything else will fall into place. Don't worry too much about it. :)

My mom is due in 3 1/2 weeks. (don't know how many weeks that means she is) anyway, this will be her third child. She just got the crib. She had to go out and by all new stuff though because this will be her first boy (can't use old stuff from me and my sis) and she has lots of clothes for him, and has the stroller and carseat, but it's not in the car yet.

im 36 weeks and just started to get ready for the baby.there is nothing wrong with waiting
