I can get the (retro-fit) window in, secured, and sealed. The problem I have is that Lowes sold me a 1 3/4 finishing strip that goes over the sealant (on the inside). I can't figure out the best thing to use to fix (glue) the stripping to the window frame.
So what's the best to use? Caulk, glue, something else??

They're vinyl double pane vindows, and the strip is a 1 3/4" strip of flat vinyl. It's meant to cover the gap left by the retrofitted window (and the foam sealant that is used) on the interior of the window.
