I didn't say it wasn't scary,
But who set off the first Atomic Bomb? America and it was on live people, not to mention the bomb in Arizonia they tested above ground RIGHT
So do we have the right to tell another country they can't test there bombs underground?

However America could stop all Korea's from entering in the USA and causing our people to become sick with the chemical from the bombs they are testing,

Well it seems the World has a group called the United Nations and they set up some rules. One of those is no more Nukes. Why well some people are afraid that once some crazy starts using them the world will be a not so fun place. So when the accord was reached all nations where to end nuclear weapons.

of course we do! It's because we are brighter and smarter than any other country in the world and we will always be responsible with how we use weapons of mass destruction, just like we always have been since the bombing of Japan in WW 2! And because we are so bright and smart and we use our weapons in a conscientous and non life
threatening way, other countries are just not allowed to test any of them! So there!
